Ja, unsere Dinkelflocken stammen aus biologischem Anbau.
Unsere Dinkelflocken Kleinblatt werden aus kleingeschnittenen Dinkelkernen, sogenannter Grütze, hergestellt und besonders dünn ausgewalzt. Durch ihre zarte Form quellen sie sehr schnell auf und eignen sich daher wunderbar für Deinen nächsten Porridge. Im Gegensatz dazu stehen die kernigen Flocken –, auch bekannt als Dinkelflocken Großblatt. Sie sind nicht so dünn ausgewalzt, daher weniger löslich und quellen langsamer auf.
Für eine Portion Porridge empfehlen wir Dir 50–100 g Dinkelflocken. Eine kleine Portion (50 g) Dinkelflocken Kleinblatt pur kommt auf ca. 172 kcal.
Nachdem Du die Packung geöffnet hast, solltest Du darauf achten, dass Du die Dinkelflocken immer wieder luftdicht verschließt und an einem kühlen sowie trockenen und vor Licht geschützten Ort aufbewahrst. Die Mindesthaltbarkeit beträgt in der ungeöffneten Originalverpackung 1 Jahr ab dem Produktionsdatum.
Jedes Kind hat andere Bedürfnisse und eine andere Verdauung. Unserer Einschätzung nach sollten Babys erst nach 10 Monaten ungekochte Dinkelflocken zu sich nehmen, gekochten Dinkelbrei können Babys in geringen Mengen möglicherweise schon ab dem 6. Monat zu sich nehmen. Bitte kläre dies jedoch vorher mit dem ärztlichen Fachpersonal Deines Vertrauens ab.
Die leckeren Flocken sind extra zart und eignen sich so für eine cremige Schüssel Porridge. Mit dieser Vorteilspackung von 2,5 kg sparst Du außerdem noch Plastik und Kosten. Dazu überzeugen sie in Bio-Qualität, haben einen hohen Ballaststoffgehalt und werden in Österreich hergestellt.
