Unser Reissirup besteht nur aus Reismehl, welches aus biologischer Landwirtschaft stammt, und etwas Wasser. Dem Reissirup von KoRo werden keinerlei Geschmacks-, Farb- oder Zusatzstoffe beigesetzt. Mit seinem leicht nussigen, aber geringen Eigengeschmack ist Reissirup ein echtes Multitalent in der Küche und kann Dir wortwörtlich jeden Tag versüßen!
Reissirup enthält im Gegensatz zu Agavendicksaft keine Fructose, hat dementsprechend aber auch eine geringere Süßkraft. Während Agavendicksaft einen karamelligen Geschmack hat, punktet Reissirup mit einer nussigen Note. Was Dir letztendlich besser schmeckt, musst Du selbst herausfinden. Eines ist aber klar: Beide Süßungsmittel eignen sich super als Zuckerersatz!
Yesss, unser Reissirup ist vegan! Abgesehen von dem Reismehl und etwas Wasser kommt uns buchstäblich nichts ins Glas.
Lagere den Bio-Reissirup am besten an einem vor Licht geschützten Ort bei Raumtemperatur. So ist er in der ungeöffneten Originalverpackung mindestens 18 Monate haltbar.
Der Reissirup ist von Natur aus glutenfrei. Allerdings kann es während des Abfüllungsprozesses zu einer Kreuzkontamination mit Gluten kommen, da unser Abfüller auch glutenhaltige Lebensmittel verarbeitet. Aus diesem Grund betiteln wir unseren Reissirup nicht als glutenfrei.
