In contrast to our dried sour cherries, we have freeze-dried them for you so that you can eat them whenever you want. During freeze-drying, the cherries lose up to 90% of their water content. But they retain their fruity aroma and sweet and sour taste. You can also find puffed cherries, amarena cherries in chocolate and sweet cherries for more snacking delights.
