Unlike most crisps, which are thinly sliced and fried in oil, ours are slightly thicker and gently dried – never fried – for a satisfying crunch. How we make them

There are plenty of ways to make crisps at home – baking in the oven, crisping in the microwave, using a dehydrator or air fryer, or frying in oil. We do things a little differently: our organic sweet potatoes are dried using a gentle microwave-vacuum process that creates ideal crunch without any added oil.
