Quinoa bowl with smoked tofu

Convince yourself of the taste experience of dรคftigem smoked tofu, fresh vegetables and fine nutty tasting quinoa.

1 Tsp. Sesam
4 Mushrooms
1 tbsp. ร–l
1 Tsp. Sesam
160 Quinoa
5 tbsp. Yogurt
0 to taste Pepper
0 to taste Salt
1 Tsp. paprika powder
1 Zucchini
1 Tsp. Essig
0 to taste Thymian
1 red onion
1 Tsp. Tahini
  • Step 1/6

    First, rinse the quinoa in a sieve. Then bring to a boil with 2 ยฝ times the amount of water and simmer for about 15 minutes.

  • Step 2/6

    Peel the onion, halve and cut into rings. Dice the zucchini and mushrooms. Heat some oil in a pan over medium heat and fry the onion, zucchini and mushrooms briefly.

    Dice the smoked tofu. Heat oil in a second pan and fry the tofu cubes as well.

    Add the cooked quinoa to the onion, zucchini and mushrooms. Mix everything well and sautรฉ together for about 2 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and paprika powder.

    In a small bowl, whisk together yogurt, vinegar, and a little salt and pepper to make a sauce.

  • Step 6/6

    Divide the quinoa mixture between two bowls. Spread the tofu cubes on top and decorate with the yogurt sauce, sesame seeds, tahini and thyme.
