Hmm you can literally smell the smell of apple and cinnamon at the sight - heavenly!

Mix well all ingredients except apple.

Then cut the apple into narrow slices.

Heat a little oil in a frying pan and add 2 tablespoons of batter to each pancake. Place 2 apple slices on each pancake and turn after about 2-3 minutes.

Finish frying and then serve with applesauce and nut puree as desired.
