Cold days invite you to? You got it, Pumpkin Spice Latte (*singing choirs of angels enter*). Of course, we don't want to keep this recipe from you and have added a little twist to the classic. You guessed it: it's our delicious almond butter with pumpkin spice!

300 ml Barista plant drink
1 (doppelter) Espresso
1 tbsp. Pumpkin puree
0.5 tbsp. Pumpkin pie spice
1 tbsp. Almond butter with pumpkin spice
1 tbsp. Maple syrup
0 to taste vegetable whipped cream
1 Pinch Pumpkin pie spice
1 Tsp. Almond butter with pumpkin spice
  • Step 1/4

    Mix the espresso with the pumpkin puree, the almond butter with pumpkin spice and the maple syrup and pour into a large enough cup.

  • Step 2/4

    Heat the barista drink in a pan until it is about to boil.

  • Step 3/4

    Froth up the hot plant-based drink (e.g. with a blender or hand mixer) and pour onto the espresso mixture.

  • Step 4/4

    Decorate with plant-based whipped cream, almond butter with pumpkin spice and some pumpkin pie spice.
