1.5 bunch	Koriander
1 Tsp.	Coconut blossom sugar

0 to taste	Pepper
1 Tsp.	Tamari
0.5 Tsp.	Ginger (ground)
1 tbsp.	Water
30	unsalted peanut kernels
0.5 Tsp.	Garlic powder

Blend all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency.

Season the pesto with salt & pepper.
