Suitable for the apple harvest, this bar recipe comes just in time - vegan sattmacher for on the go.

1 Apple
80 ml Water
20 Almond kernel
80 Oatmeal
0.5 Tsp. Baking powder
1 Tsp. Cinnamon
1 Pinch Salt
80 ml Maple syrup
160 Apple pulp
160 Oatmeal
  • Step 1/5

    Mix all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

  • Step 2/5

    Add apple pulp, maple syrup and water and stir until a smooth dough is formed.

  • Step 3/5

    Leave to infuse briefly and meanwhile cut the apple into small pieces.

  • Step 4/5

    Pour half of the dough into a baking pan lined with baking paper. Spread the apple on top and cover with the remaining dough.

  • Step 5/5

    Bake the bars at 180 Β°C for about 30 minutes, let cool and cut into bar size.
