The organic falafel mix has no animal ingredient and is vegan. By the way, some historians believe that falafel was invented as a substitute for meat during Lent.
For three servings, mix 250 g with 300 ml hot water and let the falafel mixture swell for 10 minutes. Form small balls with your hands and fry them in a pan with hot oil until golden brown on both sides. There are no limits to your creativity: For example, you can also form burger patties from the falafel mix and make your own vegan burgers at home.

The organic falafel mix does not contain gluten. However, foods containing gluten are processed at the same place where the falafel mix is filled. Therefore, traces of gluten in the falafel mix unfortunately can not be excluded.

the falafel mixture is great in itself, also the size, because with 4 people a small supermarket package is not even enough for 1 meal. I must say, however, that I since the 2nd package of the yet extremely spicy taste something on the nerves goes and I always mix again chickpea flour drunter. The problem I find unfortunately often with vegan processed products and I would find it good if the seasoning and the salt content would be reduced somewhat. Also, the finished falafel could be a tad more grainy. But still taste a thousand times better than the variants from'm refrigerated shelf ;)
