More than just carbohydrates

Oat flakes have long been considered an important staple food. As the whole oat kernel, including the endosperm, outer layers and germ, is used in all types of rolled oats, these tasty breakfast all-rounders provide much more than just carbohydrates. The outer layers of the oats in particular contain a lot of fiber. Our tender organic rolled oats contain 9.3 g of fiber per 100 g.

It's great that oat flakes contain so much fiber, but don't they taste totally boring? Awww. Besides grandma's oatmeal soup and oatmeal porridge, there are now thousands of delicious hot and cold recipes with oatmeal.Have you ever tried porridge, oatmeal cookies or oatmeal pancakes? There are even a number of savory dishes that you can prepare with oatmeal, such as vegan oatmeal fritters. As you can see, oat flakes are extremely versatile - you're sure to find something for you and your catering business that will impress your customers!
