Native of the Andes of South America, lucuma was cultivated by the Incas of Peru already 2000 years ago. Today, the golden subtropical fruit stands out mainly because of its delicious yellow pulp, which is reminiscent of mango, and its wonderful smell!  But this fruit can do much more than just look beautiful and smell good: lucuma's unique sweet taste is reminiscent of maple syrup and caramel. Incredible, right? Unfortunately, fresh lucuma is not to be found in Europe – but cheer up! We bring it right to your doorstep in a powdered version!
