Preparation of a zucchini paste.

0 as necessary Pepper
1 clove Garlic
2 tbsp. Yeast flakes
30 Pumpkin seeds
1 Zucchini
0 as necessary Olive oil
2 tbsp. Balsamicessig
1 handful Arugula
  • Step 1/3

    Finely grind the pumpkin seeds.

    Blend zucchini with remaining ingredients and as little water as needed to make a paste.

  • Step 3/3

    Add olive oil to taste. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
