150 frozen mango
1 Units Banane
5 tbsp. Oat flakes
1 tbsp. Chiasamen
250 ml Plant drink
1 Pinch Vanilla
0 Puffed quinoa
0 Fruits

    Puree the mango, banana, oats, chia seeds, vanilla and the plant-based drink in a blender until you have a creamy and homogeneous mixture.
