This delicious chocolate coconut creation comes in the perfect size for in-between, because it is filled in ice cube molds! In addition, the bites are without industrial sugar.

Melt coconut puree in saucepan, add coconut flakes and erythritol and stir. Press the mixture into ice cube molds and place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Melt the chocolate and coat the bites with the chocolate.

For decoration: roll balls in coconut flakes.
